Bryan Poyser
Bryan Poyser graduated from the University of Texas in 1996, where he co-founded the Cinematexas International Short Film Festival. His first feature, DEAR PILLOW, earned him an Independent Spirit “Someone to Watch” Award nomination. The film premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival and played at over 30 festivals in the US and Europe before its release on DVD in 2007. Bryan produced and co-wrote the feature THE CASSIDY KIDS, starring Kadeem Hardison, Anne Ramsay & Judah Friedlander, which premiered at SXSW and runs frequently on the Independent Film Channel. Bryan currently serves as the Director of Artist Services for the Austin Film Society.
Bryan’s recently completed “Lovers of Hate” (which he wrote, directed, and edited) has been officially selected to be screened in the 2010 Sundance film Festival.
